About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide critical care coverage during 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at an inpatient facility, with call required as part of the assignment. Responsibilities include intensive monitoring and management of critically ill patients, along with performance of standard ICU-level procedures throughout each assigned shift. An intensivist is present in-house from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM to support coordinated patient care, with the ICU census averaging 26-28 patients. Critical care or ICU experience is required for consideration.
