About us Austin Sports Center is a small business in sports and athletics in Cedar Park & Austin. With friendly staff and fun atmosphere.
Our work environment includes:
On-the-job training Relaxed atmosphere Facility operations Job Description Staff Member ensures the cleanliness and safety of the facility while delivering great customer service.
Shifts are based on events:
Shifts are based on when events are in the facility. Most shifts will be Saturdays and Sundays with the potential of some weekday evening shifts.
Facility Staff Responsibilities:
A majority of the job is custodial base cleaning and keeping the building neat.
  • Taking pride in a clean facility by cleaning restrooms, windows, doors and picking up trash inside and out
  • Coordinating with Managers on Daily Duties
  • Maintain, and implement daily operations in the building
  • Convert facility for each client's needs
  • Assist with organizing and maintain a system for equipment in the building and storage areas
  • Checking schedules to make sure usage of the facility is accurate
  • Excellent customer service, greeting and interacting with clients as they enter the facility.
  • Assist in the Maintenance of the building as needed
  • Maintain supplies within the facility
  • Maintain the facility as a safe environment
  • Answer phone and assist clients or direct them to the proper person
  • Receive packages and shipments delivering to appropriate personnel
  • Assisting with events including gate, concessions, parking
  • Assist with programming as needed
  • Display positive attitude and pride in work, and represent the organization in a positive manner
  • Utilize computers, calculators, and telephone to perform duties
  • Work independently and work under minimum supervision
  • Additional duties as assigned based on
Facility Manager Qualifications:
  • Calm under pressure, flexible, personable, proactive, organized, detailed, and thorough
  • Ability to interact well with people both in-person and on the phone
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 140 pounds with assistance
  • Must have Flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • Valid Texas Driver's license
  • Pass background
