Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator, where you'll address residents' daily needs, coordinate activities for designated neighborhoods, and serve as a liaison between the General Services Department, residents, and staff. How you will make an impact Communicate with new residents to explain the operation of each department within General Services Investigate complaints, suggestions, and occurrences Select and oversee the work of outside contractors for projects. Audit all facilities for proper maintenance, repair, and cleanliness; coordinates needed repairs with the appropriate department(s) Conduct surveys on services recently performed for residents and other departments Coordinate re-occupancies of units in assigned neighborhoods
Compensation:
Commensurate upon experience starting at $24.00 per hour What you will need Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment or within a department with responsibility for facilities management Valid driver's license Working knowledge of building systems Ability to assess resident or other complaints and resolve disputes in a friendly and professional manner Customer service experience preferred Ability to work autonomously Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
