Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Facilities Coordinator responsible for supporting the upkeep, safety, and functionality of multiple facilities within an assigned region. This role works closely with internal leadership and external vendors to ensure buildings, equipment, and systems are maintained to high operational and compliance standards. The position plays a key role in coordinating maintenance activities, supporting safety initiatives, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality environment across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation when necessary Conduct routine site visits to assess building conditions, identify issues, and ensure overall upkeep Perform scheduled audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Monitor equipment performance and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed Maintain clean, safe, and fully functional environments across all assigned facilities Partner with leadership to coordinate procurement, repair, and replacement of equipment and supplies Track and document all maintenance activities, repairs, and service history Oversee vendor relationships, including scheduling, quality assurance, and completion of contracted services Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for services such as HVAC, landscaping, pest control, and janitorial work Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience Experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, or related field required Multi-site facilities experience preferred Prior experience in a healthcare or regulated environment is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
