This is a varied role — every day touches receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. If you like staying busy and seeing the results of your work at the end of every shift, this is a good fit. What You'll Do Unload inbound containers and pallets; check goods against packing lists Operate a forklift (sit-down and/or reach) safely and confidently Put stock away to correct bin locations and keep the racking organized Pick and pack customer orders accurately Generate shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, LTL) using our shipping software Help with cycle counts and keep inventory accurate Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized What We're Looking For Valid forklift certification (sit-down required; reach a plus) 2+ years of warehouse experience in a structured operation Useful with your hands — comfortable using basic tools, breaking down pallets, light assembly, and general warehouse upkeep Comfortable with computers — able to use a WMS or inventory system, print shipping labels, send a clear email, work in Excel or Google Sheets Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through a full shift Strong attendance and reliability — punctual, dependable, and consistent Good attitude and a team player — we're a small crew, so how you show up matters Steel-toed boots required (we'll reimburse on your first paycheck) What You'll Get $16.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience Paid time off and US federal holidays Health insurance contribution Steady Monday-Friday daytime schedule A real opportunity to grow as the operation grows — we plan to expand headcount and there'll be opportunities to step up
