RQI Specialist I Position Overview:
Join our team as an RQI Specialist I and play a key role in supporting our lifesaving mission! You'll be responsible for configuring, refurbishing, and shipping RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference in healthcare
Responsibilities:
Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCs Refurbish manikins and laptops to company standards Manage inventory and process work orders using QAD Coordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service orders Support product repairs and returns (RMA) as needed
Pay Rate:
$17.31/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm OR 8:00am-4:30pm Some overtime as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience with RQI Products is preferred Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of equipment Regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and move about the facility Ability to communicate with customers and/or other team members via phone or in person Ability to set-up and manipulate software installations Must be able to work under short timelines and pressure while maintaining delivery demands.
