Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required About Finnigan's Sports and Training Finnigan's is a premier indoor sports and entertainment facility featuring batting cages and golf simulators. Upon opening, we plan to serve athletes, families, teams, and recreational players in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment. We're looking for a reliable, mature, and customer-focused Facility Supervisor to help oversee daily operations and serve as a trusted leader during shifts. About the Role This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can be trusted to open and close the facility, lead staff, handle customer issues, and ensure operations run smoothly when ownership is not on-site. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities. Responsibilities Open and close the facility Serve as the lead employee on duty during assigned shifts Supervise and support front desk and floor staff Ensure batting cages and golf simulators are operating properly Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Enforce facility policies and safety procedures Perform facility walk-throughs and maintain cleanliness standards Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage Complete end-of-day reports and cash handling procedures Communicate operational issues, maintenance needs, and staffing concerns to ownership Help create a positive and welcoming environment for customers and employees Qualifications Previous supervisory, leadership, or management experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Comfortable working independently and making decisions Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Sports facilities Recreation centers Golf facilities Batting cages Hospitality Retail management Family entertainment centers Coaching or team leadership roles What We're Looking For The right person is someone ownership can trust to run the facility when they are not present. You don't need to know everything about baseball or golf but experience in these sports is preferred.
