Facility Monitor- Part Time City of Midland, TX - 2.3 Midland, TX Job Details Part-time $13 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Visitor query response Answering guest questions High school diploma or GED Driver's License Driving Full Job Description Scope of Work Monitors events and rentals of facilities at the Scharbauer Sports Complex along with maintenance of facilities. Essential Job Duties Monitors Events and Rentals of Facilities Opens, Supervises, and closes facilities as needed Monitors and cleans facilities Performs related work as required by the Scharbauer Sports Complex Superintendent Works weekends and evenings Attends meetings as required Performs other related duties as required Physical and Environmental Conditions Ability to sit stand and transport self to and from facility. Ability to drive UTV to and from various work sites. Ability to work in various temperature conditions. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Required Qualifications Employee communicates with other employees in the work group and may respond to questions from the general public regarding services or specific projects. High school diploma or equivalent, prefer College students enrolled in Parks, Recreation or similar program that can demonstrate interest in profession. Valid Texas driver's license is required
