POSITION FUNCTION / PURPOSE

Under general supervision, this role oversees the daily operations of building maintenance and cleaning services. The position is responsible for assigning tasks to cleaning and maintenance staff, managing schedules, and ensuring completion of assigned duties. This role also maintains overall facility cleanliness and operational standards, while managing materials and supplies, coordinating with external vendors, and providing basic maintenance support.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee general building maintenance and inspections Assign and supervise tasks for cleaning and maintenance staff Manage work schedules and verify completion of tasks Monitor and improve cleanliness and service quality standards Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies and maintenance materials Perform basic maintenance and minor repair work Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, equipment, etc.) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards Prepare and maintain work reports and inspection records Respond promptly to emergency situations Perform other facility-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic understanding of facility maintenance Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Good communication and team management skills Basic reporting and documentation skills Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
