Spring,TX On‑site | Facilities Operations | Building Maintenance About the Role The Facilities Specialist helps keep our workplace safe, functional, and running smoothly by performing maintenance tasks, coordinatingrepairs,andsupportingfacilityoperations.

Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhoenjoyshands‑onproblemsolving,buildingmaintenance,andworkingwithinternalteamsandservicevendors. What You Will Do Performbasicmaintenanceandminorrepairs,includingplumbing,electrical,HVAC,andgeneralbuildingmaintenance Conduct routine facility inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues Coordinatepreventativemaintenanceandrepairworkwithvendorsandcontractors Respondtoemployeeservicerequestsandresolvefacility-relatedissues Supportofficemoves,furnituresetup,andworkspacereconfigurations Maintaininventoryofmaintenancesupplies,tools,andequipment Assistwithemergencypreparednessactivities,includingbuildingsafetyprocedures Maintainrecordsofmaintenancework,servicerequests,andvendoractivities Ensurefacilityoperationscomplywithsafetystandardsandcompanypolicies Partnerwithinternalteamstosupportoperationalneedsandworkplaceprojects Basic Requirements Typically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
