The Technician will oversee and assist with a wide range of projects and repairs in our restaurants, which include fixing appliances, carpentry, drywall, electrical, tile, painting, fixing toilets/ plumbing, and other general facility repair issues. In addition, the Technician will provide support and assist with remodels and new restaurant openings. The successful person for the position is a self-starter, versatile, and is able to travel daily, to facilitate projects and repairs.

HERE-S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an integral member of the Facilities and Maintenance Team, this position is responsible for: Multi-skilled Craftsmen who can work both independently and with others. Effective communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service. Ability to troubleshoot and repair restaurant facilities. Ability to work indoors/outdoors on ladders and rooftops in the winter and on call by pager. Ability to organize work and meet deadlines. Position may require overtime. Valid driver-s license with a safe driving record.

years- experience working in the trades, such as carpentry or plumbing, preferably in the restaurant business.
Skilled in the following areas:
