We are currently hiring a Facilities Technician to work out of our Wasatch Front office. Our Facilities Technicians assist with outside plant facilities by performing maintenance, repair and installation.
Responsibilities:
Test, troubleshoot, and repair broadband, television, and telephone service equipment located outside the customer premise Install temporary and permanent residential and business drops Troubleshoot and repair copper and fiber mainline and drops Restore services due to unpredictable events Provide exceptional customer service Locate underground facilities Provide backup to install new services purchased by customer and ensure they are fully functioning
Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent Two-three years telecommunications/electronics/RF coaxial systems experience, preferred Associate degree in electronics or network management, preferred Previous experience troubleshooting Valid driver's license and a good driving record All West is a drug free workplace, conducting pre-employment and random drug testing.
