Position Overview We are seeking a senior Project Manager to oversee facilities and real estate-related projects supporting DHS/FPS. The Project Manager will provide project planning, execution, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, performance monitoring, and reporting across multiple facilities-related activities. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent facilities, real estate, relocation, reconfiguration, and related projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and performance measures. Coordinate project activities among FPS, contractors, GSA, landlords, vendors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks. Identify project issues and develop mitigation and corrective-action strategies. Prepare project status reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive-level communications. Coordinate project requirements and ensure deliverables meet Government expectations. Support planning and execution of relocations, space changes, build-outs, and reconfigurations. Track project documentation and maintain appropriate project records. Support transition and implementation activities. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and subcontractors. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of relevant project management experience. Active PMP certification - mandatory. Active
FAC-P/PM
Level II within the last five years, or equivalent - mandatory. Experience managing complex facilities, real estate, construction, relocation, or Government projects preferred. Strong schedule, risk, stakeholder, and performance-management capabilities.
