Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Project Manager to support DHS/FPS facility operations, maintenance, repair, and project activities. The O&M Project Manager will coordinate facility-related requirements, oversee project execution, monitor contractor performance, and support the Government in maintaining safe, functional, and effective facilities. Key Responsibilities Manage facility operations, maintenance, repair, and improvement projects. Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor contractor performance, schedules, deliverables, and quality. Support facility inspections and identification of maintenance or repair requirements. Coordinate building systems, infrastructure, repairs, and facility improvement activities. Develop project schedules, cost estimates, status reports, and performance metrics. Identify facility risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with FPS personnel, facility managers, contractors, vendors, and Government stakeholders. Support renovation, reconfiguration, build-out, and facility improvement projects. Review technical documentation and contractor deliverables. Support project closeout, documentation, and acceptance activities. Provide recommendations regarding facility condition, maintenance priorities, and project execution. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience. Active PMP certification

Level II within the last five years, or equivalent

•mandatory. Experience with facilities operations, maintenance, construction, renovation, repair, or facility project management. Strong contractor management, scheduling, cost, risk, and stakeholder coordination skills.
