May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security operations
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems
- Lead preventative maintenance and emergency response efforts
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and OSHA regulations
- Oversee suite readiness for move-ins and community first impressions
- Manage vendor relationships and capital improvement projects
- Train team members on emergency protocols and safety procedures
- Monitor work order systems to ensure timely resolution
- Manage department budget, labor, and expense controls
- Recruit, train, and develop facilities team members You serve as the technical and operational leader—balancing system expertise with strong team leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years facilities experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, codes)
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of fire and life safety regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
