Job Description CMC, an Associa company, is hiring aRecreation & Facilities Manager for its large -scale HOA in Haymarket. The Recreation & Facilities Manager oversees the daily operations, scheduling, and member services of the community's clubhouse amenity facilities and recreation facilities in the community. This role ensures a welcoming, well managed environment by coordinating events, maintaining facility standards, supporting residents, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to delivering an exceptional resident experience. Duties included but are not limited to: Oversee the day to day functioning of the clubhouse, fitness center, indoor pool area, outdoor pools and other recreational amenities. Greet residents, respond to inquiries, manage reservations, and support a positive community atmosphere. Schedule, plan, and support community events, classes, and private rentals. Maintain records, process forms, manage calendars, and assist with communications and reporting. Work with cleaning, maintenance, and event vendors to ensure high facility standards. Ensure clubhouse rules, amenity guidelines, and safety procedures are followed. Assist with rental fees, event budgets, supply purchasing, and invoice processing. Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and ensure cleanliness and readiness. Track supplies, equipment, and materials needed for daily operations and events. Support programs that enhance resident involvement and satisfaction. Other tasks as requested. Requirements Experience in hospitality, recreation management, HOA operations, or customer service preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with scheduling systems, office software, and basic administrative tools. Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks. Professional, friendly, and service oriented demeanor. On site role within the community clubhouse or amenity facilities. Combination of administrative work and hands on facility oversight.
