Role:
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support a leading regional healthcare system at a medical center in Midlothian, Virginia. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, coordinating maintenance activities, supporting technicians, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting complex facilities in a healthcare setting.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily facilities operations and coordinate work activities to ensure service excellence. Dispatch, prioritize, and monitor work orders while ensuring timely completion of maintenance requests. Supervise and support facility technicians, providing guidance across multiple building trades. Serve as a key point of contact for facility stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and service providers. Review, approve, and track purchasing requests while maintaining budget awareness and cost controls. Support life safety and regulatory compliance programs, helping maintain a safe healthcare environment. Analyze work order data and operational metrics to identify trends and drive process improvements. Schedule preventive maintenance activities and ensure critical building systems operate reliably.
