Job Description Responsible for the overall maintenance operations to maintain the facilities and equipment at the highest level of efficiency. Responsible for all personnel-related matters and for ensuring full compliance with all applicable safety, fire, and building codes. Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects. Administer overall maintenance operations to maintain the facilities and equipment at the highest level of efficiency. Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff. Develop and coordinate implementation of procedures and preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, and building codes. Possess thorough knowledge of operation; maintenance and repair of boilers; electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems; plumbing and mechanical equipment. Monitor staffing levels in accordance with business needs. Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects. Maintain and oversee purchasing and parts inventories. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Five (5) years of experience in a similar position preferred. Must have a thorough knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and repair of the electrical, air conditioning and heating, plumbing, and mechanical equipment. Must have excellent communication skills.
