About the
Role:
Join CBRE as a Facilities Consultant supporting a leading healthcare system at a major hospital campus in Richmond, VA. This onsite role will support the day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility currently spanning 744,000 square feet and undergoing expansion to approximately 950,000 square feet upon completion. The Facilities Consultant will oversee small facility projects, coordinate critical facility services, and help ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing healthcare environment. This position is ideal for a facilities professional who thrives in a complex operational setting and enjoys balancing project execution with ongoing facility management responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
Manage and coordinate small facility projects from planning through completion within an active hospital environment. Support the maintenance, repair, and operational programs for a large and growing healthcare campus. Oversee vendor relationships and contracted services, including maintenance, landscaping, paving, and other facility support functions. Review service agreements, assist with contract administration, and ensure performance expectations are met. Coordinate procurement of facility operating supplies and services required for day-to-day operations. Serve as a key point of contact for facility-related issues, including emergency situations that may occur during or outside normal business hours. Maintain accurate facility records and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements. Partner with stakeholders to identify operational improvements and implement effective facility solutions.
