Job Description

The Taconic and Green Regional School District sees a full time, year-round Facility Manager to serve our newly restructured schools in Manchester, Dorset and Londonderry beginning in the 2026/2027 school year! The Facility Manager oversees and supervises the maintenance of a school building in order to keep the building operating in a condition of excellence, efficiency, cleanliness and safety, for students, staff, and the public. The position oversees the bus fleet, schedules bus routes, and manages transportation staff and the maintenance of vehicles. The Facility Manager ensures that all safety standards and maintenance and transportation procedures are followed, that staff are trained in, and follow, all procedures, and buildings are up to code and in compliance with all government regulations. The position reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with the Director of Transportation and building administration in their work.

Pay Rate:
$25.00 to $33.75, based years of experience (including direct supervision of staff), education level, and professional license held and maintained, if applicable.
