Workplace Coordinator/Reception Support Flagship Facility Services, Inc. - 3.1 Bellevue, WA Job Details Full-time $33 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Catering Mail distribution Attention to detail Mail management Mail processing Full Job Description Workplace Coordinator/Reception Support Front Desk & Guest Experience Greet employees, visitors, and candidates in a warm and professional way Manage guest check-in, badge access, and host notifications Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Support visitor logistics as needed, including room bookings, wayfinding, and catering coordination Workplace & Office Operations Support daily office needs, including supplies, snacks, and common area upkeep Help with meeting room readiness, resets, and basic AV checks Partner with Workplace on office events and employee experience activities Restock kitchens, copy areas, and shared spaces Facilities Support Submit and track basic facilities requests such as lighting, HVAC, janitorial, and maintenance Act as an onsite contact for vendors, deliveries, cleaning, and repairs Conduct routine walkthroughs and escalate issues proactively Help maintain workplace standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization Basic IT / AV Support Assist with basic troubleshooting where possible Escalate IT or AV issues and follow through until resolved Administrative Support Manage mail, packages, and deliveries Support small meetings or onsite activities Maintain basic workplace documentation and office guides What We're Looking For 2-4+ years of experience in reception, office coordination, or workplace support Strong customer service mindset and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic AV/IT troubleshooting experience, or willingness to learn Nice to Have Experience supporting a high-visibility or executive-facing office Familiarity with badge systems, room booking tools, or ticketing systems Experience coordinating vendors or facilities requests

$33.00 - $35.00 per hour
