Job Description
SUMMARY
The responsibility of the Facilities Manager is the appearance, care and maintenance of the facility including all aspects of the buildings and grounds. Takes initiative, identifies projects and performs work in conjunction with maintenance technicians. Reports to the Vice President of Systems and Operations.

WHAT YOU WILL
DOOverall responsibility for appearance and maintenance of all aspect of the buildings and grounds, including:
Building Interior:
cleanliness, appearance and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, security, etc. systems
Building Exterior:
appearance and maintenance of walls and roof
Grounds:
cleanliness, appearance and maintenance of parking lot and landscapingOversees facility maintenance techniciansPerforms facility maintenance, upkeep and repair workIdentifies facility maintenance, upkeep and repair projects and works projects to completion in conjunction with other techniciansOperates hand and power tools safely and effectivelyWorks in accordance with company safety policies, reports unsafe conditionsDemonstrates work ethic and attention to detail, adapts to changing prioritiesEstablishes and maintains a good working relationship with contractors
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING
FORRequired Education:
High School Diploma3+ years of demonstrated experience with facilities and all aspects of building maintenanceExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong electrical and mechanical aptitude, familiarity with basic hand and power toolsPhysical requirements of this position include occasional heavy lifting, working outside, climbing ladders, using power tools and operating machineryMust have reliable transportationMust be a U.S. Citizen
