Job Description
SUMMARY
The responsibility of the Facilities Manager is the appearance, care and maintenance of the facility including all aspects of the buildings and grounds. Takes initiative, identifies projects and performs work in conjunction with maintenance technicians. Reports to the Vice President of Systems and Operations.

cleanliness, appearance and maintenance of parking lot and landscapingOversees facility maintenance techniciansPerforms facility maintenance, upkeep and repair workIdentifies facility maintenance, upkeep and repair projects and works projects to completion in conjunction with other techniciansOperates hand and power tools safely and effectivelyWorks in accordance with company safety policies, reports unsafe conditionsDemonstrates work ethic and attention to detail, adapts to changing prioritiesEstablishes and maintains a good working relationship with contractorsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING
FORRequired Education:
