Description:

The Opportunity:

Assist with managing facility operations and maintenance activities Coordinate with vendors for facility services Build and maintain facilities and operations tracking systems

Who You Are:

Capable of building and maintaining facilities and operations tracking systems 5-10 years of experience in facilities operations Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Knowledge of industry best practices Extremely organized with high attention to detail Willing to work outside of standard hours as needed

Preferred:

Certification in facility management preferred #

WCL Pay:

$28.00•$44.00 per hour
