Overview Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Program Facility Manager to provide leadership, consultation, and technical expertise in support of facility operations. This position plays an important role in developing and maintaining an effective facilities management program that supports safe, reliable, efficient, and well-maintained facilities. The Program Facility Manager serves as a resource to the property and the Department of Business on facility management, capital planning, maintenance, budgeting, building systems, and technical matters. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of commercial building systems, preventive maintenance, construction and repair planning, and contractor management, along with the ability to evaluate facility needs and translate technical information into practical recommendations. This position works in both office and field environments and requires routine travel. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive facilities management program supporting the Nation's business enterprises. Establish and support effective preventive maintenance programs for facilities, building systems, and equipment. Assist with capital improvement planning, including identifying facility needs, developing priorities, and supporting long-term repair and replacement planning. Plan for the repair and replacement of capital equipment and major building components. Maintain and evaluate inventories related to facilities, equipment, parts, tools, and identified building deficiencies. Monitor and support initiatives related to energy consumption and conservation. Develop and maintain effective work order management systems and processes. Coordinate and manage outside contractors and facility-related service providers. Develop and manage contracts associated with facility management programs and projects. Develop detailed time and cost estimates for construction, maintenance, repair, and equipment-related projects. Evaluate present and future costs and assist in developing economic models to support facility and capital planning decisions. Provide consultation to business enterprises regarding facility budgets, technical issues, building systems, maintenance needs, and capital projects. Skills Knowledge and experience working with applicable Wisconsin building and safety codes and Ho-Chunk Nation codes. Thorough knowledge of commercial building systems, including: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Communications, Grounds, and Structural Systems. Demonstrated knowledge and experience using a construction cost estimating system. Valid driver's license, proper insurance, and dependable transportation. Strong computer skills, including the ability to develop and work with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools. Ability to develop and evaluate cost models and perform present and future cost analyses. Ability to develop detailed project, construction, maintenance, and repair estimates. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information and present recommendations to decision-makers. $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
