Responsibilities How you'll make an impact in this role Serves as the professional first contact for all clients, vendors, and staff via phone, email, and in person. Provides general meeting support, including arranging, follow-up calls, maintaining schedules, securing food and supplies, copying, and faxing. Provides comprehensive support to the administrator or executive, which includes managing their calendar, assisting with meeting setup, preparing agendas and materials for meetings/conferences, taking minutes, and reviewing/editing documents for signature. Responsible for all travel coordination, including making staff travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, expense tracking, and maintaining travel vouchers and records. This also involves ordering and managing supplies/tools and maintaining storage areas. Identifies and implements systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes. This includes establishing and maintaining various filing and records management systems. Organizes and coordinates projects, conferences, and other events. Assists leaders in preparing committee reports (including data maintenance/retrieval), prepares meeting minutes and follows up on action items, and participates in multidisciplinary meetings and committees addressing organizational issues. Qualifications What minimum requirements you'll need Must have one or more of the following:
Education:
High School Diploma Graduate of trade school
Experience :
2 or more years' experience in administrative role(s). Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience
