Job Title:
Regional Project Manager - Facilities Management Position Summary The Project Manager - Facilities Management is responsible overseeing and coordinating exterior, full facility maintenance projects for multiple field operations including construction-related projects, snow removal, and landscaping. This role serves as the key liaison between field crews, internal leadership, and client facilities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the road, proactive and self-motivated. And is a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for facilities services including snow removal, landscaping, and construction/maintenance projects Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple crews across various job sites to ensure timely completion of work Act as the primary point of contact for field teams Serve as a communication bridge between field teams and company management, ensuring alignment on project expectations and performance Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, adjusting plans as needed to meet client and company objectives Conduct site visits and quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively Assist in developing scopes of work, estimates, and project plans Maintain accurate documentation, scheduling, and reporting for all assigned projects Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies across all crews Approve payroll hours and supervise site work of subordinate staff Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience that includes facilities management of exterior construction project management, landscaping, or snow removal operations Snow removal operations is a plus Proven experience managing multiple crews and coordinating field operations Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience working directly with clients, management and maintaining professional relationships Ability to work independently and take initiative Preferred Skills Knowledge of seasonal operations planning (snow/ice management and landscaping cycles) Experience with scheduling or project management software Familiarity with budgeting and cost control in project environments Work Environment & Expectations Fast-paced, hands-on role requiring flexibility and responsiveness May require early mornings, evenings, nights or weekend availability depending on seasonal demands (especially snow events) Combination of office coordination and on-site management Key Traits for Success Self-motivated "go-getter" with a strong sense of ownership Ability to lead and motivate crews in the field Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Adaptable and solutions-oriented
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
