  • 5:00pm CST Must have a valid driver's license in good standing Company Truck provided for use during business hours What will YOU be doing for us?
Responsible for all aspects of daily facilities maintenance operations including planning, organizing, and oversight in all assigned areas. Supervise and evaluate the work of outside contractors, coordinate facilities maintenance activities, inspect and troubleshoot maintenance work. Responsibilities may include procurement and contract management, office building interior and exterior maintenance and fire safety. What will YOU be working on every day? Provide professional facilities maintenance and services, including all interior and exterior areas at all SE Wisconsin company facilities. Plans and evaluates maintenance operations by establishing work standards. Promotes maintenance of a safe, clean workplace by setting goals, priorities, and strategies for safe, effective, and efficient maintenance operations. Creates a schedule of regular evaluation of facilities and maintenance. Plans, coordinates and completes, independently and/or with outside contractors, new installations including alterations and modifications to existing infrastructure. Implement programs, policies, and procedures to improve facilities maintenance operations, streamline work processes, increase quality of maintenance task performance, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide seamless customer service by diagnosing operational problems and recommending corrective actions. Manages the facilities maintenance backlog by analyzing workloads and ensuring work schedules are properly prioritized to accomplish necessary tasks. If maintenance work is performed by outside contractor, coordinates and inspects the tasks performed. Analyzes and resolves facility issues and/or assists in solving task problems Interacts with management and vendors to monitor and report on areas of responsibilities Responds to urgent maintenance calls and emergencies as required and ensures the coordination of activities with other responders. Uses best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory control of tools and related equipment, ensures accuracy and submission of expense reports. May be required to submit and track orders for materials and supplies in accordance with established procedures. Other duties as assigned. What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GOOD candidate? Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience providing maintenance service in an office environment Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to work effectively with multiple interruptions. Ability to organize work appropriately to meet deadlines. Ability to utilize resources to solve problems independently. High attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work overtime as needed. What qualifications do YOU need to have to be a GREAT candidate? Preferred Level of Experience 3+ years of experience in working in facility maintenance. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Handyperson skills. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards. Knowledge of Fire Safety systems. General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and general maintenance.
Pay:
$25.30
