A Facilities Manager manages the facilities of a company or organization, including buildings and grounds, equipment, supplies and staff. Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

About the Position This position is centered around helping manage our busy simulator league season while also serving as one of our facility managers during evenings and weekends.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Winter (October-May) Manage Monday and Tuesday night simulator golf leagues Welcome league players and guests Operate our league management and simulator software (training provided) Handle league scoring, customer questions, reservations, and check-ins Help create a fun, welcoming social atmosphere for league members Assist with bartending and customer service during league nights Open or close the facility independently Year-Round Help lead weekend operations Support daily operations throughout the facility Assist with events, tournaments, outings, and special projects Help train and support seasonal employees Make decisions and solve problems while maintaining a great customer experience Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed Every day at Stingers is a little different.
