Job Description
Your organizational, managerial and mechanical skills will help to ensure quality maintenance and general building services to our residents. Facility includes (3) areas of responsibility: Fairhaven (CBRF /Assisted Living Facility), Hearthstone (Memory Care Building), and Prairie Village (Condominium Living / 55>). Must have 5 years of managerial experience overseeing a department. Our growth has created the need for this position that will have a good mix of hands-on and administrative roles. Applicant must have knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and overall general maintenance. Ability to communicate and work well with outside vendors. Applicant must have great communication skills and possess the ability to fit into team of Department Directors and Managerial team. This is a salaried position / 40 + hours per week. Competitive salary and benefit package. Knowledge of Life/Safety Code in CBRF licensed buildings preferred.
