Youth Health Associates Program Director/Facility Director Pay Range:
$60,0000 - $70,000, with annual performance bonus of up to $24K paid at $2,000/mo.
Job Description:
The Facility director is the single point of accountability and authority for all Operations, Compliance, and Clinical Infrastructure support, and Financial performance of the facility. This is not a passive oversight role, rather an execution and accountability role. The main responsibility of the Program Director is to ensure the facility operates in full alignment with YHA, Licensing, Medicaid, and State policy and procedures. Roles and Responsibilities Operation & Facility Execution Full oversight of 24/7 facility operations Maintain safe staffing ratios at all times (1:4) Ensure structured daily programming ( Milieu, education, clinical, integration and communication) Enforce a non- punitive, therapeutic environment model Direct all department leaders Establish clear chain of command and escalation pathways Ensure all client care systems (medical appointments, medication management, programming, and required documentation) are consistently executed and compliant. Ensure consistent and structured communication across staff, case managers, families, and external stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance Ensure Compliance with Federal PRTF Regulation Ensure compliance with West Virginia Licensing Ensure compliance with Medicaid billing requirements Oversee Incident Reporting (24 Hour Standard) Submission to appropriate governing body of licensing Create, and Maintain professional relationships with State Regulatory Agency, Licensing and External Auditors Ensure readiness and compliance for all licensing, health inspections, fire and safety inspections, and external audits. Financial Oversight Manage Staffing payrolls and budget Oversee budgeting process for all expenses of the facility Staffing Leadership and Culture Hire, develop, train, and retain high performing staff members Set Clear Expectations and Adherence to the YHA Standard Oversee staff scheduling and timekeeping accuracy/approvals. Ensure all staff compliance requirements are met, including onboarding, training, certifications, and personnel file maintenance.
Conduct:
Leadership Meetings (Weekly Clinical), Performance Reviews, Corrective actions Facility Growth and Census Build relationships with state placement agencies, Case Managers, Cases, GAL, Judges, etc. Support the admission process and maintain expected census Ensure a strong reputation with Families, State Officials , and the community Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Behavioral health, Health Care Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a similar field Demonstrated experience with staffing supervision and performance management
Pass:
Background Check, State Licensing Requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience opening or stabilizing a facility Experience in Multi state or high growth environments Proven ability to: Build teams from the ground up, Drive Culture and YHA Tone of the Home, and Execute under pressure
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
