Yes Position Summary The Lift Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient storage, placement, and movement of products throughout the warehouse using reach lifts and forklifts. This role supports inventory management by ensuring products are correctly placed and recorded in the warehouse system and made accessible to Order Selectors. Primary Responsibilities Operate reach lifts and forklifts to store products in designated warehouse locations. Use a computerized inventory system to identify and record product locations. Replenish lower-level picking slots for Order Selectors as needed. Coordinate with Receiving and Order Selecting departments to maintain workflow and meet customer needs. Ensure product is handled safely and stored in a manner that prevents damage. Meet or exceed established production standards for the shift. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications Equipment Operation:

Must be certified to operate reach lifts and forklifts.

Computer Skills:

Basic computer and data entry pad proficiency.

Math & Language:

Basic math skills and ability to read/write in English.

Physical Coordination:

Ability to safely and accurately operate heavy machinery.

Independence & Teamwork:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with team members.

Safety Awareness:

Must follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Stand for 100% of the shift; walk approximately 10% of the shift. Lift up to 80 lbs occasionally; majority of products weigh between 5-40 lbs. Frequent stepping on and off of equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, reaching overhead, and twisting. Expectations Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules. Work harmoniously with coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment. Maintain accurate and timely records of product placement using the warehouse system. Minimize product damage and take preventative steps to ensure product integrity. Provide excellent internal customer service by supporting order fulfillment operations.
