Role:

We are seeking a dependable and flexible General Labor Associate to support daily warehouse and operational activities. This team member will assist in box production, order picking, loading/unloading, and local deliveries. The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual who is willing to jump into different tasks wherever support is needed. Forklift experience is a strong plus, and Class C driving experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assist with box production and packaging operations Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately Load and unload trucks and containers Deliver orders using company vehicles when assigned Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Support different departments and operational tasks as needed Follow company safety procedures and work instructions Assist teammates to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred 2year + Forklift experience is a plus Valid Class C driver license and delivery driving experience is highly preferred Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy materials Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and assist in multiple roles Basic communication and problem-solving skills
