Medical, Dental, AD&D Job ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products, pallets, materials, and suppliesLoad and unload trucks and trailersTransport materials throughout the warehouse and production areasStack and organize pallets and products in designated areasVerify product quantities, labels, and pallet informationLoad and move products while preventing damage to materials and equipmentAssist with receiving, shipping, and inventory activitiesMaintain proper organization of warehouse and storage areasPerform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety concernsFollow all forklift operating procedures and company safety guidelinesMaintain a clean and safe work areaCommunicate effectively with supervisors, warehouse employees, and production teamsAssist with general warehouse and production duties as neededMeet productivity and safety expectationsPerform other duties as assigned by management QualificationsPrevious forklift experience is preferredValid forklift certification is preferred;certification may be provided based on company requirementsAbility to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse or production environmentExperience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, or other material-handling equipment is a plusStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math skills for counting and verifying productsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 40 poundsGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work overtime and weekends as requiredAbility to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions Why Work With Full Steam Staffing?
