Forklift Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated forklift operator to join our team. In this role, you will engage in manual labor tasks, including staging and loading 'Cookie trays' for airfreight, within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate forklift equipment efficiently and safely. Perform manual labor tasks associated with staging and loading trays for airfreight. Handle inventory, picking, and packaging tasks. Utilize pallet jack for transportation and loading activities. Essential Skills Forklift certification. Warehouse experience. Proficiency in loading and inventory management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position involves working at the airport in a fast-paced environment. The shifts available are Monday to Friday, from 7 pm to 3:30 am or from 6 pm to 2:30 am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hawthorne, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
