Must be able to work 6 days E-Verify, Background Check, and Drug Test Required. We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure efficient movement of goods throughout the facility. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse staff. Duties Operate forklifts, sit down and stand-up pacer, to transport materials within the warehouse. Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes. Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, safely handling materials up to specified weight limits. Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition. Maintain organized storage areas and assist with inventory management. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Skills Proficient in operating various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks and cherry pickers. Experience in warehouse operations, specifically in shipping and receiving processes. Strong materials handling skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to forklift operation and warehouse safety. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork with warehouse supervisors and staff.
