Job Description

Pridestaff is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse/Clamp Forklift Operator for a warehouse located in Ontario, CA. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
Starting Pay Rate:
$20•$21
Shift:
Monday•Friday, 2:00pm t0 10:30pm
Job Description:
Operate a sit down or clamp forklift safely within facility (up to 30 to 40% of time) Will be moving large kitchen appliances with forklift Will be retrieving product that is 3-5 levels high Will need to have forklift experience moving product between warehouse over uneven pavement Scanning sales orders Process FedEx shipments Pick, pack, and shrink wrap pallets for orders Load and unload containers Hand stack product from container on pallets Other general warehouse duties as needed Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications/Requirements:
Current forklift certification highly desired or prior company forklift certified (sit down; clamp desired but not required; will be on FL 30•40% time) Past experience with moving large products such as major appliances. Ability to drive backwards efficiently•when cannot see over product on forklifts. Past recent experience in distribution or warehouse environment Past recent experience in shipping, receiving, and material handling. Knowledge of FedEx. Must be able to lift up 50lbs, lift 100lbs utilizing buddy system Must have good attention to detail with ability to check shipping documents for accuracy Must have steel toe shoes or steel toe boots Must be willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check prior to start Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00•$21.00 Per Hour
