Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts ( Reach, Cherry Picker, Stand-Up,Sit Down and heavy equipment to support the efficient movement of goods within our facility. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Duties Operate forklifts, including clamp trucks and pallet jacks, to move materials and products throughout the warehouse. Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Build and assemble pallets for shipping, ensuring proper stacking and securing of products. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance needs. Qualifications Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse setting. Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is preferred. Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, including safety standards and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. A valid forklift operator certification is highly desirable.
