Job Description
Union Environment hourly rate of pay $23.43 DESCRIPTION A Stacker is responsible for feeding raw materials into machinery, assembling goods on production lines, and monitoring the process. In addition, they carry out basic quality checks such as testing of product or packaging before shipping by adequately storing all necessary supplies.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
May include, but is not limited to the following:- Follows health and safety standards.
- Maintains a clean workstation and production floor.
- Assembles products and parts.
- Follows production guidelines and specifications.
- Finalizes and packs products for shipment.
- Operates and maintains machinery and production line equipment.
- Monitors the assembly line and removing faulty products.
- Works on the production line and meeting production targets.
- Reports any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Highschool degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Physical dexterity.
