This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring job sites are supplied as scheduled, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Duties
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment onto or from storage areas, racks, pallets, shelves, and vehicles.
- Drive company vehicles to deliver or pick up materials and equipment from job sites.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Complete special transportation requests, including hauling trailers for dump runs, transporting files and boxes, and assisting with warehouse moves.
- Perform occasional general labor or cleanup in the warehouse or at job sites.
- Wash and maintain company vehicles as needed.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with tracking incoming and outgoing items.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company procedures and OSHA standards.
Required Skills/Abilities:
1-2 years of warehouse experience required. Forklift certification required. Experience driving a box truck or cargo van. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Ability to safely drive and haul trailers is preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive, dependable attitude.Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in construction-related logistics or warehouse settings is a plus.
