Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting the overall distribution process. This warehouse is a distribution center for small car parts. They ship brakes, brake pads, rotors, drums and a variety of other small car parts. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks for loading and unloading goods. Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Utilize RF scanners Assist in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring all materials are properly documented. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Participate in training on warehouse management best practices, including packaging techniques and order fulfillment processes. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Knowledge of materials handling techniques and mechanical systems is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift. Experience in manufacturing or construction environments is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting Thank You!Pay:
