High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Safely operate sit-down electric/gas forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, or pallet jacks in high-traffic warehouse areas.

Loading & Unloading:

Unload incoming freight trailers/containers and load outgoing shipments according to pick sheets or RF scanner instructions.

Inventory Control:

Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated storage racks, staging areas, or production lines.

Inspection & Maintenance:

Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on equipment and report maintenance issues immediately.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a clean work environment, strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards, and handle materials with care to prevent damage.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum 1+ years of experience operating industrial forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.

Certification:

OSHA Forklift Certification preferred (or willingness to complete internal certification upon hire).

Skills:

Experience with RF scanners, inventory management systems, and basic picking/packing procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/sit for extended periods, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Reliability:
