Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and production support. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Spanish fluency is required for this position. Key Responsibilities Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Assist in the manufacturing and preparation of finished goods Support shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with supervisors and team members to improve workflow and productivity Qualifications Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required Experience in chemical manufacturing and HAZMAT handling required Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Why Join Us?
