Job Description
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Forklift Operator for a full-time opportunity with a company located in Miami, FL. This is a long-term position for an individual looking for stability and growth within a warehouse environment. Position Requirements Sit -Down Forklift Experience is required High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of prior warehouse experience. Ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift and stock picker. Must possess a valid forklift license/certification. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including standing and walking for long periods. Pass a criminal national background. Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English) Regularly able to lift and carry 40-50 pounds. Must be able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. Dependable, punctual, and reliable with a strong work ethic. Basic computer skills required, including processing UPS/FedEx shipments. Experience with domestic and international exporting/shipping is a plus. Familiarity with the metric system, including converting inches to millimeters. We are looking for candidates with a stable work history and a long-term employment mindset.
