Reach Truck Operator (3+ yrs experience pref)

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and safety-conscious Reach Truck Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating reach trucks and other heavy equipment to handle materials, load and unload shipments, and organize inventory within our distribution center. Your expertise will ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate order picking, and safe handling of goods. Responsibilities Safely operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse Load and unload shipments with precision using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling of items Assist with order picking using paying attention for detail and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Support warehouse management in maintaining organized storage areas, inventory accuracy, and proper stock rotation Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols during all equipment operation and materials handling activities Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve processes, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Experience Proven experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and order picking procedures Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to forklift operation and materials handling Previous experience in shipping & receiving, heavy lifting, and warehouse distribution Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, or weight estimations Warehouse experience involving order picker operations or warehouse supervisor roles is a plus Join our team as a Reach Truck Operator if you're eager to bring energy, precision, and safety expertise to a thriving logistics operation.
