Jacksonville, Florida Position OverviewThe Reach Truck Operator will safely and efficiently operate a reach truck to put away, consolidate, and reorganize large metal stackable racks in our high-volume Jacksonville warehouse. This role is critical to maintaining a consistent product flow and ensuring our racking system remains organized by brand and operational priority.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Task:
Operate a reach truck to put away large metal stackable racks from the receiving floor and reorganize warehouse racking to optimize flow and brand organization.

Use RF scanners and the warehouse management system (WMS) to accurately record bin moves, transfers, and inventory put-aways.

Support receiving operations by consolidating racks and maintaining accurate placement of inventory.

Safely operate a stock picker to assist with consolidation tasks and move product as needed.

Assist with unloading inbound containers or trailers on an as-needed basis.

Provide cross-departmental support-including shipping, inventory, and tire dispatch-when operational demands require.

Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain accurate equipment logs in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.

Follow all Priority Tire safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
QualificationsExperience:
Minimum of two (2) years operating a reach truck in a high-volume warehouse environment required.

Strong knowledge of large racking systems and experience with rack consolidation preferred.

RF scanning and WMS proficiency required for accurate put-away, transfers, and inventory movement.

Ability to operate a stock picker and other warehouse equipment (reach truck, EPJ, etc.) is highly desirable.

Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines.

Ability to lift and maneuver tires and racks of varying weights as needed.

Effective communication skills and a strong team-player mentality.
ScheduleStandard Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, or until daily workload is completed.

Occasional overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Physical & Environmental RequirementsRegularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift.

Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Note to
