Job Description

Do you enjoy working with people? Then consider joining us as a Contract Logistics Forklift Operator at our site in Jupiter, Florida. As the Forklift Operator you are responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading / unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, order picker or other heavy material handling equipment. The Warehouse Associate can be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, verification, shipping/manifesting, screening and other various duties as assigned to ensure the full and efficient operation of the warehouse. You will perform multiple warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of the distribution center such as receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work Friday through Monday, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Compensation will be provided weekly at a rate of $20.25 per hour. How you create impact Duties and Responsibilities
- Use Powered Equipment to load and unload designated trailers
- Verify and receive materials into inventory
- Duties may also include palletizing and shrink wrap
- Utilize Powered Equipment to move and store materials within the warehouse
- Ability to lift heavy materials
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended amounts of time
- Adhere to Kuehne + Nagel's Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Program policies and procedures
