Warehouse Floorman

A Miami-based leader in the plastics and recycled raw materials industry is looking for a Warehouse Floorman to join its team in Miami . As a Warehouse Floorman , you will ensure the timely and accurate execution of inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including loading and unloading containers, picking, and daily order fulfillment. You will maintain inventory accuracy by updating system records and performing regular checks, while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also operate forklifts and support overall warehouse efficiency as needed. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, container loading/unloading, picking, and forklift operation. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Valid forklift license is a plus Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
