Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks essential to the successful completion of construction, maintenance, and operational projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to adapt to diverse work environments. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while developing valuable skills in a fast-paced setting. Duties Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work areas Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment efficiently and safely Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, or minor repairs Operate basic tools and machinery following safety protocols and instructions Clean out trash and heavy metal materials. Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment Contribute to project timelines by completing assigned tasks promptly Maintain cleanliness of work sites and ensure proper disposal of waste materials Qualifications Prior experience in general labor or construction is preferred but not mandatory Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Must be able to lift at least 20-80 pounds. Must have own transportation to drive to and from work. Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in construction or maintenance fields. Pay is $15.00 Work Scheduled permanent hours are 50 a week plus Time in a half. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm Friday 6:00am-2:30pm.
