Health, Dental and Vision via BlueCross Blue Shield along with transferrable 401k Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently moving, loading, and unloading materials—specifically handling oversized products ranging from 16 to 30 feet in length. The ideal candidate will have strong forklift skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials Handle long-length products (16, 20, and 30 feet) with precision and care Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are properly secured Move materials to designated storage or production areas Inspect loads for accuracy and report any damage or discrepancies Perform routine equipment checks and follow all safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Required Qualifications Valid forklift certification (required) Minimum of 3 years of recent forklift operating experience Proven experience handling oversized or long-length materials Ability to lift, move, and position heavy products safely Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment Preferred Skills Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Work Environment This position operates in a warehouse or manufacturing setting and may involve working indoors and outdoors. The role requires frequent movement, equipment operation, and handling of large materials, making safety awareness critical at all times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sarasota, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00

• $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
