Fork Lift Operator $19-22/HR Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fork Lift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the professional and accident-free operation of a forklift, ensuring systematic maintenance and cleanliness, as well as tracking the location of goods using our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Responsibilities Operate the forklift professionally and accident-free, while keeping precise records of forklift inspections. Maintain and clean the forklift systematically. Track the location of goods during material handling using WMS and ensure accurate data entry. Perform additional manual tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead, such as sampling inventory and cleaning. Essential Skills Ability to count accurately when moving inventory. Proficiency in reading scales. Ability to multitask and maintain a detail-oriented approach. Requirements 1 year of forklift experience preferred. 1 year of warehouse experience preferred. Prior forklift certification is preferred. Experience with sit-down forklifts, unloading, and loading tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Woodhull, IL.
